Mas Candí is made up for 4 passionate growers who ditched the conventional winemaking route and instead are fiercely dedicated to protecting traditional Spanish grapes in a sustainable way. They are members of the increasingly significant Corpinnat (a rebellious group of winemakers looking to reclaim the significance of historical Cava outside of the diluted Cava DO) all the while making delicious and exciting sparkling and still wines.
The Prohibit cuvée is a rosé made from 100% Sumoll – a rustic black grape native to Penèdes, rested on lees for 48 months. Zero dosage.
