Shipping Information

Please see below for shipping charges and delivery times.

Shipping to Melbourne and Sydney metro is via our warehouse. Shipping to Western Australia is via Bohaul Express or Australia Post. Shipping to all other areas is via Fastway or Australia Post.

Shipping is free for orders over $500.


Shipping charges:

  • Melbourne and Sydney metro areas: From $16.50
  • Tasmania: From $22.00
  • Western Australia: From $27.50
  • Northern Territory: Please contact us
  • All other states and areas: From $16.50

Delivery times:

  • Melbourne and Sydney metro areas: Up to 3 working days
  • East Coast: Up to 4 working days
  • South Coast: Up to 4 working days
  • Tasmania: Up to 5 working days
  • West Coast: Up to 5 working days
  • Northern Territory: Please contact us

Returns and Refunds

If the wine is faulty (i.e. corked) or arrives damaged then we will either replace the bottle or, if the wine is out of stock, refund the price of the bottle using your original payment method. We may request to inspect the bottle or cork if deemed faulty. Please contact us if you believe your wine is faulty so we can discuss your refund/exchange options.

To arrange a refund or replacement, please call us on 0407 012 710. You will need to have your original purchase receipt that was emailed to you when you placed your order.

We do not offer refunds or replacements if you simply change your mind about your purchase, or you don’t like the wine.

We certify the provenance of all our wines as coming directly from the region of origin via temperature-controlled storage all the way; however we do not accept responsibility for wines that are poorly stored after you have accepted delivery.
